Nestled in a quiet and friendly subdivision with lush greenery lies this Secluded Pool Villa in Thalang, Mission Hills area.  The Home is close proximity to the Phuket International Airport.  Here, you will find this also quite close to UWC school.  And as a result, a short drive to Nai Yang Beach to watch those glorious evening sunsets.  But, if you’re the active and ready type.  Just wake up early and welcome the glorious sunrise.

Quite the large and comfortable Villa

Look, what I found about this villa that I quite liked is the large open ceilings of the main living area.  Because often, I find during the rainy season, things feel claustrophobic. This is mostly because many homes in Phuket tend to be smaller and a little crowded.  But not so with this villa. There are 4 bedrooms on the top floor here. Two of them are comfortable bedrooms. and two of them are used as offices and personal spaces. The living room is quite generous. So, it is great for busy retired couples or growing families. The open living style makes this home all the more comfortable. There is the kitchen work area and the eat-in bar that serves as a prep area and buffer between the dining room and kitchen. The living room is comfortably close to the balcony that overlooks the very large green garden.

The Bonus Room

Have you ever had guests or considered having them, but no place to put them?  You know, somewhere they can be private and comfortable? Here is a great “extra” as this home boasts a full apartment downstairs along with a nice size kitchen.  Just right for making the morning coffee or snacks. The bedroom has a view overlooking a koi pond with a small water feature.

What about storage and car parking?

To protect your cars, motorcycles and other stored items this home has a very large area on the ground floor right next to the Bonus room. You’ll find all of this very convenient and it makes so much sense to have everything in one area, it also has room for a workshop and or garden tools.
