Kamala Beach is the next beach town before Patong.

35 Minute drive puts you in Phuket Town and World Class shopping at Central Floresta and Festival Malls, twins.
Every medical facility for your ongoing health care is also in Phuket Town and the Central Business District all nearby Central.
For Beaches, the best beaches north of Patong is in your area here, Surin, Bangtao, Kamala and Layan… it really doesn’t get much nicer.

In all, this makes a wonderful unit due to its location and size. For investment purposes and income, this area is becoming quite a year-round resort area. Rentals are decent, so the returns can be very favourable. Smaller units are everywhere, but it’s rare to find a large apartment like this.

What we find and what the current owners have found is the large volume of space in this loft-style penthouse, it gives one the feeling an openness and quite airy. The large tinted glass floor to ceiling doors and windows with a slight north west facing views are perfect for sunsets. Mornings are cool and typically sunny, perfect times for coffee on the balcony enjoying the views. The living room is just adjacent to the windowed balcony. Barstools and raised counter provide a conversation area with the chef of the day, or equally as easy to jump in a make your own favorite meal. The kitchen has everything you need, but it doesn’t need to be large. Finding a multitude of inexpensive Thai restaurants in the area is easy and usually not very expensive. For more formal events, and dining, the dining table and comfortable chairs are just there, as well.

Guest bedrooms are fully furnished and decorated with queen-sized beds, complete with ensuite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms also has a leading door near the main living area for easy access for guests and visitors. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms and the Master Suite and Bath are upstairs. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit. The guest bedrooms are all a nice size, not overly large or compact either. A comfortable size for short or long term stays.

looks out over the entire downstairs in the loft-style penthouse and also to the seaviews beyond, it is large, airy and has another bonus room, there is also walk out door access direct to the Top Deck pool, this rare apartment is the only one like it.
