This unique property is not for everyone. It’s very distinct look and feel can only be appreciated by someone who is also unique.
We all want to be unique. This pool home can be described as a bit Bohemian in nature.
The home is also surrounded entirely by nature. Up the slopes perched on a hillside with city views of Phuket is to be finally “at home”.
This is a cool, clear area and only a short 10 to 12 minutes from all the shopping and entertainment areas of Phuket.
Find yourself in Patong, it’s just over the hill.
A quick 12-minute drive, you will be in Central Festival or Floresta, or any number of Hospitals, schools or eateries.
Let’s take a look at this Phuket’s Kathu Pool Villa home.
To get there, you will go through a typical Thai neighborhood, unstructured. Continuing on, the drive will take you up to a high area, (makes sense, that’s how you get scenic views, right?). Before you know it, you’ll get to the top of the road and do a loop, halfway around the loop will be this home.
From the outside, it will be unassuming. The parking is “right there” covered, under a “palm” roof. Different? Upon entry, is the kitchen area. In front of the kitchen area is the dining and living room, a “sit at” bar. You’ll also find a bedroom on the left, fully air-conditioned complete with ensuite bathroom. And above this, is an added storage area. I haven’t mentioned the view… You’ll have to see that yourself, words can’t describe.
Downstairs.
To the left of the kitchen is the stairwell to the bedrooms and downstairs area, The bedroom area are unique, I can’t really describe it, you’ll need to see it to understand it. Suffice to say, there are two separate bedrooms connected. And also 2 bathrooms. Laundry area, sitting area, and balcony with crazy nice views.
